All but unknown in the U.S. and Canada Zell Oxygen has found its way to European Lofts as a health supplement.

Zell Oxygen is formulated and made by Dr. Wolz Zell of Germany.

A 100% pure, natural, vegetarian whole food yeast without additives of any kind. Zell Oxygen is carefully made by an exclusive "cold" fermentation process utilizing a special yeast strain of saccharomyces cerevisiae along with fresh juices of apple, lemon and orange plus essential fatty acids from wheat germ extract. In Canada I found the product at a health food store. Marketed by MBS Nature Sante Inc. Also included is Royal Jelly. Following is the information from the package.

Oxygen yeast cells:                   8,000 mg.
(saccharomyces cerevisiae)
Royal Jelly + Honey:                6,700 mg.
Apple and orange extract            300 mg.
Wheat germ oil:                           300 mg.

Expensive at a cost of $33.95 Cdn for 7 vials of 20 ml each.

It requires  24 hours or more before effectively in the blood stream. Therefore I will add one 1/2 vial per US gallon to the birds water early Friday morning for a Saturday race.

The suggested use on the package for humans is:
Adults: 1 or 2 vials daily
Children: 1/2 vial twice daily
