This is George's #1 breeder "Frankenstein".  He is a Houbin and has over his 12 years of breeding produced some of the best racing pigeons in the Evergreen Concourse.  He was also rated "World Class" by Jack Barkel.  I think you can see how he got his name by the growth on his for head.
