PERCHES

The next perches I need will be constructed like the following sketch. The perch will be rest on the supports attached to end and dividers of 6" wide melamine.  With the units mounted 2 inches from the wall each perch will be removable for cleaning by lifting it out.

Under the perches a length of 12" wide wire form shelving can be attached to wall with the clips available from the shelving manufacture. Using the clips allows the shelving section to be lifted for cleaning. The shelving will stop the birds from walking in the droppings. Keeping their feet cleaner and not compressing the droppings making the cleaning job much easier. Loft white is sprinkled under the perches after cleaning to help disinfect the floor.
